Ok, I would like to continue about the eating problem. I think I can handle it pretty well. Even I got terribly scared. I need to balance between what she hear on one side, what she hears in daycare, and what she hears at home. What she has to find out is her own opinion and her own decision how she wants to be and eat and live.
I was terribly tired yesterday, so I have made frozen pizza. And now, all the diet people, perfect mothers, can judge me. I was tired and in pain. I need to feed my kids. And she was terribly sad, that she cannot eat it because it is pizza with the white bottom. I told her that we can make our own with the brown bottom later on. But yesterday, I didn't have time and energy. I told her that she can freely eat it. It is not about what she eats but how she eats it. She doesn't eat whole pizza. We share it and she can have some vegies on the side and if she still feels she wants anything she can take banana. And there is the end of discussion for me.
I have made my own oat porridge in the morning, including sugar, bananas and frozen raspberries. It is sweat and so good. I do not eat any other without flavour or those ready ones with artificial taste. Nothing for me. Again this is the end of discussion. I add normal sugar. If we do not have any trouble, there is nothing wrong about it. We move. Even I try to move. I have troubles due to the medication I take, that I am gaining some weight. But I try to make balance and not to get crazy about it. It is me, I do everything I can do right now and that it is all. :-)
