All patients with similar diseases as I have, have probably similar experience with doctor appointments. Sometimes you come there and you feel very bad, your body hurts, you cannot breath but your lab tests are ok and your doctor tells you: "You are a perfect picture of health." Maybe using a bit different words, however the same feeling. I had such a doctor meeting yesterday. I was happy not having serious trouble with brain, but I felt like wasting of the people's time in the whole hospital. Taking even the fresh air of the patients who needs it more than I do. Ok, this is again example of my sick brain :-D. No, that was just an attempt of a black humour.
The problem is that what is normal for us, is not normal for generally healthy people. And that what I have to remember. They try to cheer me up. Did I get it correctly or am I completely weird?
Right now I have a light fever, I caught a cold from my daughter. I am tired, I didn't sleep, my body hurts, I have terrible headache. All caused according to doctors due to muscle pain. I have to exercise. Well, that's what I am doing daily.
Do not tell me about more or better exercising please. I was addicted to a sport. If I was not doing sport/other activity at least two times per day I felt like a looser. I was eating super healthy. So, what should I do? Tell me! Oh, I forgot, I am trying to listen to a relaxing music and relax as much as I can do. I have also pills for that. I am daily trying to do something new. Minor, clean my life. And I am still where I was.
And I will show what is my current project. Cast. The problem is that it doesn't work as on the videos I watched, so I am mostly correcting what I have made wrong :-D.
Don't be scared, that is not my hand. :-D The problem is that the fingers were supposed to be lifted in order to hold candle or whatever in the end but they all broke. The first I didn't have cast anymore and the second I didn't want to give up :-D. I will make more later and I made already some candle holders and they are waiting for inspiration how they will be.
