Is anyone dealing with a problem with concentration, poor memory, problem to find the correct word, or difficulty to follow the topic or not able to learn things as before? Then you can deal with something what is called brain fog. I am experiencing lately with similar symptoms and it feels really uncomfortable. First anyone can cheat on me, because due to poor memory I lost confidence. Also my low ability of concentration pushed me from the active work life and I am not even mentioning how important is to express myself correctly and when you cannot find the correct word is just simply annoying. I cannot even find it in my own language, how I can fight with it in English?
What is the most scary thing that if you let it be and the process progress you can end it up with dementia. In the beginning of the process you feel that problems get easier. You forget, you stop worrying and it can lower your stress, your anxiety. But it evolves into a bigger problem.
We need energy supply to the brain, via blood supply, good amount of the blood, good pressure of the blood and sufficient oxygen. Generally you need to get enough sleep, relax, eat well, but also healthy, to get enough essential oils, enough energy for your brain. Do not underestimate your problems.
It is really hard to get puzzled. You can find yourself under pressure, having a lot of worries about your family, kids, work, health. All that can lead to nervous breakdown. First you start only with small problem with sleeping, then you start to loose concentration and not able to remember small things and then you will find yourself empty, broken, lost. You cannot cope with the stress anymore as you were used to, you wake up more tired than you went to the bed. You are getting sick and your body is not able to fight with it.
You need a change. Right away. Sometimes it take very long time. Even you know but you have to find the way out of the circle you are caught. Sometimes you have to leave things behind which you loved or you were used to, but they were killing you and you have to find new direction new reasons.
You can ask me. I am getting expert on such things. To fall and get up again. I am starting to think about opening even business dealing with it. ;-)
