I was writing how essential is to keep hands and fingers in warm. But sometimes you cannot do anything about it and still fingers turn white and feel numb. This phenomenon is called Raynaud's phenomenon. What does it mean? Basically the blood supply to your finger tips is temporarily interrupted.
I got very handy and beautiful ;-) compressing gloves for keeping the blood circulation to my fingers.
They do not feel so comfortable at first but you can get used to it.
I will try to write hint to keep your hands warm:

I will try to write hint to keep your hands warm:
- it is better to wear more thin layers of clothes rather than the thick one. you need to keep body warm in order to keep your fingers warm.
- keep your head warm, use scarf over the nose and protect your neck area, i was suggested even face mask but it feels too extreme
- warm drinks and never get hungry
- do not touch cold stuff without gloves
- of course good quality gloves and socks, good quality shoes; toes me also be affected
- warming gloves if needed
- do not smoke
- somewhere i have read that alcohol in small amount keeps good blood circulation :-) but you cannot mix it with medication so probably that is not so good advice.
If you have any suggestion, please let me know. I will be thinking what else is handy.
