I have recently feeling that somebody is really making fun of people. Anytime I use metro in Helsinki, which is generally daily, something unexpected and surprising happens. Actually it is not unexpected and it is not surprising. It is basically all the time the same case. Stuck in tunnel, stuck in metro station, no idea what is the problem and whether and when you get to your final stop.
One would say that we had already taken all the luck before they even opened the metro. But it seems that the same people continue to have a control above the transport service. Good luck people!!
I am wondering about taking some extra food for me and my kids whenever we need to take a metro. I miss my cell phone and ipad to entertain my kids in case of sudden problem.
Anyway metro trips turned out to be daily adventure. Kids our asking whether the metro works today. And I have to answer all the time that I am really not sure. My older daughter started to cry this morning, that we have to stay in the tunnel forever. Of course it didn't get that long but it annoyed me. I am suggesting Metro in Helsinki for Darwin award.
