Finnish Sauna

New Year directly into Valentine's day, but Sauna :-)

Have you noticed that just shortly after Christmas and New Year celebration shops turned into red hearts and all kind of teddy bears in different shapes and sizes? Normally, I really do not have anything against any celebration. I was actually a person who wanted to celebrate whatever, just to celebrate. But last half year I have so much time to walk around and watch the things. And I cannot believe what people was complaining or just writing was true. Christmas decorations are in the shop since October, then Valentine's day. Every advertisement asks me what am I going to do on that day, to buy bottle of sparkling wine or so. Well, actually I know what I am going to do even without it. I have a doctor appointment. Thanks for reminding. 🙈🙉🙊 

No, don't take me wrongly. I do not complain. I like Christmas lights and decorations. Some of the stuff I have all your round. Especially here in Finland. I tried to turn negatives into positives. People asked me whether I have problems with darkness and cold. I do not have problem with it at all. I love candles and lights. So, I have a lot of small lights which I spread on the shelf or on the windows. It looks quite ok and it makes me happy. I like warm coffee, and watch out from the window. So, really no problem at all. I adjusted to Finnish culture pretty well. And do not forget on Finnish sauna. You can use it the whole year. And you can find everywhere. At home, at work, in the swimming hall, in the cottage, but also you can use public sauna.

The best ever sauna I have experienced in the cottage by the lake. This sauna is wooden, so you can hear the fire, you can literally switch off. Let it be, let it go. And after that you jump directly  from sauna into terribly freezing water of the lake and feel the freedom and beautiful chilling. I just love it. I love the feeling of my exploding heart. And not able to solve anything more complicated than to take a glass of wine and enjoy the moment.
