Sun, how to protect

I would like to ask especially Lupie people how do they really protect from the hot sunny weather. I would stay home but I cannot force my kids to stay inside for a month and a half. So, we went to the beach. It was so hot, that I was sweating. It was so windy, that my hat flew away. And I got rash on my forehead. And I do not tell that it seems that I have allergy on the kids Sunscreen. Great.

Enjoy the weather if you can. I hope it will by cloudy, not so hot and rainy soon. It is dry and far too hot. I am going to take some painkillers :-D.
