I have walked about 40 minutes finally after at least 2 weeks. Weather was finally quite fine. I took coffee take away and I walked.
Thoughts were not coming at all. I wanted to have time to think about the life. Why people run? Why people ride the bike? I am walking and I am not getting any idea.
Sun was shining over the bridge and there was almost no wind. It was far too hot :-). And I still didn't get any idea what the people think while exercising. The only reason I walk is that everybody is suggesting it. I walk because it is cool.
But when the sun went behind the corner, it started to be cold again. And I was cold.
And I know I will walk again. It is cool and probably good for me.
