Little Baking
Finally, I found what my daughter likes: Chocolate cakes. I always try to make baking a bit healthier, that it could be used as a snack. She is skating so she needs a lot of energy.
2 cups of plain flour
1 cup of oats
2 tbs of cocoa
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp of vanilla sugar
1 tsp of soda
3/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of milk
1 egg
if you wish add chocolate chips
Mix all dry ingredients and add step by step rest. When whisked, bake for about 20 minutes in preheated oven on 180 degrees.
